Message dated and received March 9 was read, stating the Governor                                   
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 62 "An Act making a                                                       
          supplemental appropriation for increased operating                                        
          costs of the division of elections; and providing for
